        Nice quality products, usually a sale going on, but staff are always hovering and talking to you every 60 seconds. You definitely feel watched, like you are not trusted. I worked retail a long time so I understand loss prevention and trying to make sales goals but staff interacted in ways that felt pushy and rushed.

        I called Kate Spade Outlet,Concord,NC.I described the purse that I wanted.It was in stock.I paid on line.When I saw the purse I was disappointed.It was too small.I bought a small wallet in the store to fit in it. To make up for the size.I was not allowed to exchange.
