Novant Health Lakeside Primary Care - Speedway

I called to see if it was ok if my daughter was 7 mins late because we are new to the area and have to use Lyft. They said she would have to reschedule. My other daughter had an appointment at 9:30 we decided to keep her since I already had the day off. We get there and see a sign saying they will allow a 10 minute grace period and will work with the patient well if that the case I dont understand why my oldest had to cancel for 7 mins. And at that my youngest appointment was 9:30 doctors didnt come in until 9:46. If we cant be worked with and have a grace period then the doctor should be on time.

My husband went there all want do write Prescription for pills never check see we need change medication. Then get mad because we had change do to insurance which was best choice my husband not on one pill already and hope continue get off more or reduce it. All say you need get second opinion, less want live off pills all life. Dont get me wrong if you need them one thing but if your body need change you need check. This sad that we ask change medicine and he refuse check and already thing have change for better. There purpose is keep writing prescriptions not check u is sad.

I wish I could share a picture of the staff that helps me. Lakeside is one of the best medical careers I've ever had I used to live in Gastonia I never felt like I got the medical treatment I needed however I see Dr Cain he's a great physician He's been awesome with listening helping and giving me the information that I need when leaving his office I love this practice and really appreciate the staff They have always worked with me on my appointments and referrals needed, even when I'm late they've always worked with me on information I needed and the help that I needed. This is a place that's worth checking out thank you.
