      image The TECC course was great, the facility is well kept, the pricing is fair, and the products are great. However, they simply do not reply well to their customers. I am now over a month in the wait for a simple reply regarding an issue I had during the course. Multiple emails and calls and nothing. They deserve 5 stars, but their communication is absolutely awful. If you need to get your certificate from the course or retake a test with them, I hope you have better luck than I have!
