TERRIBLE lead PHARMACIST The male lead pharmacist is inconsistent, rude, unhelpful and disrespectful to customers. Loyal customers that have needs and pay high cost at this location. You put the business in jeopardy of losing customers!! Uneducated regarding medicine side effects and impact of missing doses. No support for customers that have needs. Terrible customer service. The other staff are helpful one bad Apple spoiled the bunch! Id hate to work alongside such an unhealthy employee! This is a pattern and will continue to show up for customers so I am hopeful that this dude has light shed on his practice! CVS needs to monitor who they employ!

I really never leave reviews, but this CVS is terrible. Their time management with getting medication filled is absolutely horrendous. You will be waiting at the drive-through line or inside for 30+ minutes even if you got a text/call saying your prescription is ready. The pharmacy actually messed up one of my prescriptions and gave me a completely different medication because they had apparently run out of the medication prescribed to me. On a completely different note - I came here needing to get a poster printed for an event. I made an order online and got an email saying it would be done the same day. I called a couple hours after placing the order, and it hadnt even been started yet. I let them know I would need it in two days, well, you guessed it two days later I go to pick it up and they still hadnt started printing the poster. I ended up going to a different CVS and got it done in the same day.

They care about the Hispanic client and even though they don't speak Spanish, they look for a way to help you in the best possible way. Better way.
