      image I'm a caregiver and I was returning an item for the woman I care for. Denece Simpson helped me. She was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. She told me my options in ordering the right size, etc, and online options. Denece went above and beyond in her customer service. She was also very courteous and well polished. I was very pleased. She couldn't have done a better job! She was very helpful. I took a picture of her nametag to remember her name because it's rare to get that excellent of service! I wanted to write a great review for her. She was very professional and I really appreciated her service.
