Night & Day Dental

My first visit was great, scheduled my next 6 month cleaning at that time. Every time my appointment comes due I get a call to reschedule. This has happened 4 times. I choose this office so I dont have to miss work but I cant get seen.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for over 3 hours to be seen with an appointment. They do not care about you, or your trauma. The side eyes and judgement on top of them not knowing how to do a simple adjustment to a denture. If you have dentures stay away!

This place is sooo all over the place and unorganized! I had an appointment to get some very necessary work done .They canceled my appointment after calling me around 2oclock to CONFIRM my appointment!! Mind you my appointment was at 6pm. When I got there they proceeded to tell me that they have someone in the back having a 2 hour procedure done and they canceled my appointment. What? You already confirmed my appointment? When they called me at 2 oclock they asked me if I wanted to come in earlier then 6 and I told them I couldnt because I had been having car trouble and already made arrangements with my ride to be there at 6. Yet they never said a word about the overlapped appointment! If I could give no stars I would guys!! Dont waste your time!!

Specifically looked for a night time dentist so I didnt have to use all my vacation time for myself and my kids. I booked my first visit last November and was see after 5pm. Got the X-rays done, seen the dentist then was told the hygienist had left and I would need to reschedule a visit for cleaning and my filling. Scheduled my cleaning with my filling in Dec wanting to get it all done before the end of the year because my insurance was charged 1500 for that first visit. Literally the day of my follow up appointment I received a text message stating the hygienist wasnt available but I could go to another location and get it done. I declined because it was a farther drive and because everything was set for this location. Made no sense at all. They told me they would text me back with a follow up appointment never received that so in January I called to schedule my appointment for the cleaning I never got but was charged for ( definitely need to let my insurance know) I also decided to book my kids appointments too, figured I would give them another chance. BIG BIG MISTAKE! Here i am trying to save time by getting them all in and expecting them to have X-rays cleanings and to see the Dr. they too were told they had to reschedule for a cleaning the crazy thing is the hygienist seen me but refused to see them even though we were all booked for that time and day I will be looking at other options its too fishy and unprofessional here
