The customer service here is great! The sweet girls actually remember our order every morning. So convenient. You can never go wrong with Starbucks!

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins. When I got to the window the staff was just taking their sweet time. Socializing. Didnt seem to care at all for how long customers were waiting. No apologies for the long wait. Will not be back.

Something is very wrong at this location. We take a lot of road trips and have been to a ton of Starbucks. Never have I been to a slower and less competent one. We stood at the counter, first in line, for a solid 20 minutes before anyone took our order or acknowledged us in any way. Several people waiting for drinks went back up to the counter to report that their drink was wrong. Several people behind us gave up and left (I wanted to leave but my husband wanted to stick it out.) There were plenty of employees... one was slowly refilling lids behind the counter while all this was going on. It was astounding.
