        When I purchased clothes for my daughter, I wasn't explained how strict their return policy is, just the time frame. So I wasn't expecting any issues returning a pair of shorts that were sized weird. The tag was on the front but turned out to be the wrong one, so they wouldn't do anything. Not a store credit, exchange or anything. Even with the receipt!! They had another pair in the store that were identical to use the tag off them, but she refused to help. And their reasoning is that even though a tag is still on them, they can't prove they haven't been worn. I'm sorry, but why would I be returning them if she could wear them? Hopefully in the future they will work with customers in these situations to give them a better experience.
