A store associate said they couldnt process online returns even though the invoice explicitly says that we can return online orders at any physical Nautica retail store. Also they dont answer their phones. Either the employee dont know how to do an online return or hes lazy. I think its the later since I used to work at Banana Republic and processing an online return was easy as long as you had the invoice

This place and it's staff is absolutely fantastic, prices are great selection is great and super friendly staff

I could give 0 star to this store at concord mills. A staff member handling changing room was so rude. She literally yelled at me not to use fitting room while I was already in it stating its closed though it was still open. Upon complaining of her rudeness, we were asked to leave the store! Very nice thanksgiving to the customer. I believe they could give training to their employees on polite speaking to customer. Anyways, they already lost us as a customer and we told our friends not to buy from here

We enjoy shopping at Nautica, but the communication and customer service at this location are disappointing. A recent incident involved an employee shouting at us due to a misunderstanding. Despite our attempts to communicate, other staff members blamed us without listening to our side of the story. Overall, the customer service experience at this location was very unsatisfactory.
