      image The SmartStyle in Concord,NC was deserted even though an appointment was confirmed by the app for me a day in advance. I called the Kannapolis location and Vicki answered saying that she could do my haircut.
      Vicki did an outstanding job. She even remembered me from when I used to get my cut in Concord over a year ago. She remembered the cut and did a stellar job!!! I will only go back to Smart style if I call first and Ms Vicki is available. I had driven from Salisbury to Concord and was very disappointed. I only gave the Kannapolis location a chance because of the apology Ms Vicki gave for something that she didnt even do.
