We ordered a burger and hot dogs with chili. The chili was watery and made the buns soggy. They were out of the beer I wanted. After we were seated, it took a long while for the girl to come back and take our order; after that, she did pretty well. You could here cussing coming from the kitchen when the door was open. Also, when walking into the restaurant, there was a rolling cart and random cardboard boxes here and there. Looked like trash. Speaking of trash, there was a rolling trash can with a bag full of trash. Maybe that was a sign to go elsewhere. Hindsight is 20-20...

First, lets set the scene. My fiance & I chose to sit in the bar area, which was only about a 1/4 full. The wait staff was very unattentive. We were finally able to order an app. It came out with half of what it was supposed to have. No utensils, plates, or napkins were given. I had to go up to the bar and request the missing toppings along with utensils etc. The manager for some reason felt the outside door to the patio needed to be propped open when it was 50 degrees outside, so not only did we freeze but it also allowed all the cigarette smoke to come in. We had to wave down our waiter to finally put a food order in. Which we ordered to go. Overall a VERY disapointing experience. We will never be back, nor recommend this place.

We have been going to Copper for quite a few months now and it has become our go to place. The food is always good, and has multiple different food options if you're not sure what everyone has a taste for. We have had the best services every time we have gone, the servers actually care about how your experience is going through out your visit. On top of their food being delicious, they have speciality drinks that are also very good. If your looking for a nice place for a date night or just a quick bite and don't feel like cooking this is the place. One of the bar tenders, Ben is amazing. He makes some different drinks and they always taste amazing. He greets everyone that walks through the door with a smile on his face and is generally happy to be there. One of the servers, Ryan is also amazing. He is our go to server whenever we go and is also a smiling face as well. He makes sure everything is perfect with your meal and you're fully satisfied. He has a knowledge of the food and knows what is good (which is everything we've tried so far) and where to steer you if you are unsure. I can't give enough compliments for both Ryan and Ben, or Copper Bar and Grill itself.
