Concord License Plate Agency

Robin helped me. I walked in the door at 4:47 and I was out by 4: 55. She was very polite and quick. Will definitely come here if time allows. It's a little out of the way for me but beats waiting outside.

Initially, I thought that they didn't accept license plate returns because of a sign that I misinterpreted (see photo). But after a reply from Concord License Plate Agency stating that they DO accept license plate returns, I went back. Sure enough, they do accept returns, and there's even a basket so you don't have to wait in line. It was a little hard to find (to the far right of the service counter), but it was in fact there. Thank you Concord License Plate Agency for your quick reply. That wasn't expected. You surely have the best service of any DMV-related place in NC that I have experienced. However, I'd still like to be able to call and have someone to answer quesitons. If that was the case, it'd be 5 stars.

Went in on a Tuesday around 10am. Probably spent about 15-20 minutes total in there. Wait wasn't long at all and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Service is quick. However they charge for notary additional cost(8$) and accept only cash. ATM is located inside but 3$ goes for transaction fees for just 10$ cash withdrawal which is not worthy. Carry some cash to avoid the additional fees

Been here multiple times to do title work and each time has been smooth and extremely fast, and thats no joke! Its important that YOU bring the correct paperwork and cash (they do provide change) to make sure you dont hold the line up too.
