If there were a negative option, we'd select as this is the most unprofessional and unethical company. Unfortunately, they have the monopoly for this product and take advantage of their customers. We were charged extra fees that were in violation of their policy, and we reached out to both the President and Sales Manager for support in having the situation resolved. No response. We will not support this company or their products. Buyer/renters aware!

Rented a radio and 2 headset combo from them. One headset input Jack was faulty. Spoke with the team at the track and also the customer service team at their headquarters via phone the next business week. Was told the best they could do was offer a voucher for another rental, which has to be used within the next year. Better off just buying your radio as opposed to rolling the dice with renting.

Do NOT rent from this firm! We rented a scanner at Talledega and got a defective unit! Never heard a word! Couple next to us - also their unit did not work! Asked for a refund and only received a voucher! Called and asked for refund - sorry no ! - voucher ONLY! We are not attending another race in the next year - so we lost our money! This was our first and last NASCAR - because of racing electronics.
