Pittman Well Boring

They were very responsive. The man who answered the phone was nice and helped us get started on the process. My son is buying his first house and testing showed high levels of nitrates in his well water. I talked further with Mike Moore with Pittmans and he is a wealth of knowledge. We are on a good path, may not be drilling a well but Pittmans showed care in helping lead us in the best direction to solving our well water problems.

I called Pittman on Monday, and left a message. Within one hour they got back to me, and came on Tuesday and installed a new well pump. They worked during the rain and finished the job up just as tornado warnings were broadcast. They were professional, neat and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Pittman Well. Highly recommend A1- Dependable, Priced Right, Professional, Skilled & Honest Company. I called them to come out to diagnosis why we had no running water. Joey returned our right away and came out within hours. He was very knowledgeable and was able to access the issue. He was upfront and his honestly was appreciated. After a phone call to the owner I was given a quote to fix my moms well and we scheduled the job for the very next day. Very impressive considering it was a Holiday week! The team that came to do the job, Jeff Cobb and Chris Price did a phenomenal job! They called before they arrived. Getting to our pump was not easy but they did it as if it were. Their skilled professionalism and pride they take in doing their jobs was apparent. They were very personable and took the extra time to explain things about the well and pump system. Within a few hours they had our 31 year old pump replaced. A huge word of thanks to A1 Well & Pump and Pittman Well for getting our water back up and running in time for Thanksgiving. We gave a word of thanks for you at our Thanksgiving table! If you need work on your pump these are the guys you want!
