I am a local I've lived in Columbus for 20 years me and my wife and both had to use Jackson towing. I'm not telling you that they're going to give you stuff for free or tow your car for free with these guys are good people and they know the value of customer if they can give you a break they will and I recommend it to anybody anywhere in Western North Carolina you can't go wrong with these guys thank you Jackson towing

Absolutely fantastic company! On Saturday 12/9/23 at NC I26 Welcome Center my Camry would not start. Jacksons were called and said hed be there in about 15 minutes, in the meantime a fellow traveler had a jumpstart box and vehicle started up, I waited for Jacksons driver and explained we had started vehicle and I was going in to Columbus to have battery replaced, when asked how much I owed him for his trip he said nothing ! Outstanding service and a truly amazing experience! Yes, still a few honorable business people left !
