If you need help, don't expect it here. I have been in there twice and the woman ( assuming part owner?) was standoffish and told me "anything would work" in my situation. No assistance whatsoever. Basically told me to go look at the internet. When I asked about a certain type of tile, she pointed at one and said that it was $150 a tile, like maybe I could not afford it (?). Please!!!

I was in town visiting family in Columbus and was having a really difficult time making some decisions on my bathroom remodel that was about to start in another state. I popped into Tile Specialities and explained my dilemma. They were happy to explain the variety of options (along with pros/cons) even though I lived in another state. Ultimately I wanted to go with one of their products because I felt their judgement, style, and taste were exceptional and felt I wouldn't get led astray. They quickly mobilized to ensure I got the right dimensions ordered and they did so quickly, which was important because my remodel was scheduled for the next week. They also went in to the store on their off day to ensure that my order was received by the supplier. After going through this project, I wish they lived in my home state because I would have them do it all top to bottom! Really trustworthy and credible team.
