Oak City Remodeling has been so easy to work with they really care to do the work correctly, they showed up when they said they would, and were very easy to communicate with the whole time. Will really understood what I wanted out of our attic remodel and he and his employees delivered exactly what I was hoping for. His subcontractors really seem to respect him too. We will definitely recommend him to neighbors and work with him again when its time to do the kitchen. I used Oak City Remodeling to repair electrical problem with bathroom fan, install an outlet, repair my door leading out to my deck, and a full reconstruction of my second level deck. They did a great job working quickly for a great price. They were able to identify other issues within those things and repair them without a problem. Oak city remodelling has been a fabulous company to work with. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and Flooring and we are so pleased with the results. I feel like I hit the jackpot by finding Oak City Remodeling! My bathroom was a disaster due to water damage and a failed DIY attempt. From the very beginning Will was personable, upfront about costs and timeline expectations and his team was excited to help. His entire crew was amazing. Rich was the main person working daily and his attention to detail was top notch. He made sure to clean up after himself and took the time to explain the process, was always on time, and he asked questions and made suggestions on placements which was so appreciated. I threw a couple design changes and add-ins in on during the project and Rich and Will both happily accommodated when they didnt have to because it was outside the original plan. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be having them back soon to remodel another bathroom. We highly recommend Oak City Remodeling! We had Will and his team replace some flooring and subflooring, upgrade the electrical panel in a home we purchased from 100 amp to 200 amp, add some outlets, install (and ultimately modify) a cabinet we purchased to add to the kitchen so that it meshed with the existing cabinets, install a countertop for the new cabinet, add a dishwasher (and associated water line), relocated a washer dryer hookup, and more. We couldn't be happier. Will was very communicative, professional, and responsive. Shane was also helpful and professional. They proposed a better configuration for the mud room (with the washer and dryer hookup, etc.) that really works. Will definitely hire them again as future projects come up. Again, just wonderful to work with! You can trust really trust them to do the job and do the job well. Services: Tile work replacement, Install flooring
