        Had a truck towed there for engine shutting down. For first couple of days mechanic/owner of shop was answering phone and giving some updates. After 2-3 days he didn't want to give any updates or any information. He stop answering to anybody but continue "working" on a truck. After 2 weeks the truck was still down and had to be towed to different shop but not before we pay for everything done. Three simple parts replacement and "15hrs of labor" take us to more than 3150 $ . So friendly advice to all of you truckers out there DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

      Hi Bob!! I sincerely apologize that we did not meet or exceed your expatations. While I understand your frustration on the answering of the phones, it is hard to get any work completed if you are calling more than 8-10 a day. That takes the technician away from getting your unit completed, and no different outcome. Do you think it is fair for you to working tirelessly on something and not get paid for it? We did put some parts on your truck, which anybody would have to pay for, and the 15 hours were mostly diag time and partly part replacement time. I am truely sorry that we were unable to solve your problems with your unit, but it sure is a unique one. Please don't take your frustations out on us. Thank you and have a blessed day!!

      Hi "scatpack01", my apologies for your "dissatisfaction", however, I think you left a review for the wrong shop. We have not had a DPF job in over a year. In doing my research on you, we are way out of your area. While reviews are important to small businesses, please be careful as you could unintentionally hurt them, and this world needs us to thrive. However, if we did do some type of work on your truck, please be more elaborate in your review such as invoices, the work to be done, how you know specifically it was not done since it was taken to another shop, etc. Evidence needs to be provided to correct any mistake or verify any repair that was done in the past, again, if it was our shop.
