        Went at suppertime on a Saturday. This has to be the most pathetic fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The floors were filthy and had trash on them, ALL the tables were dirty, surfaces around the drink machine and sauce station were sticky and gross, and my husband said the men's restroom was bad too, with black stuff all over the sink. The food was just okay; our cantina chicken wraps were about 50% chipotle ranch and 50% everything else. Our hard tacos were falling apart, and we had to ask for our nachos. Health & sanitation rating lower than any other Taco Bell I've seen at 94.5. On top of these things, 4 of 6 (I think) employees were sitting in the dining area talking. We were the only people in there the entire time and were only acknowledged briefly when necessary. And where the heck are a fourth of the chairs?? Weird.
