I went to view a property and was told to do the application so I did and sent check stubs via email. I text Ann the very next day to make sure they received the email and got no response back. So I called a couple of days later and left a voice-mail and still got no response. Today I texted Ann again to check on the status of the application and was told it was incomplete because they didn't receive my check stubs. I believe the person that said it may be some discrimination going on as well.

I have rented from NorthStar for almost 3 years now. They are wonderful people to rent from. Very professional, Very Timely, Very Helpful. Anytime I need any repairs they send someone out immediately (same day) no later than the next day. I will recommend them over and over to anyone. I moved from WV, and was referred to them by one of their tenants. As long as you pay your rent and take care of the property, they don't bother you at all. They are understanding people and will work with you as long as you keep them in the loop of things. I love my house and treat it as my own.. AAAAA++++ for this Rental Company Great Great Great..

I don't normally write reviews but after seeing the one review written I need to. I have rented from North Star for 2 years. If I've called them to fix something they have taken care of it. Granted, sometimes the first repair needed a follow-up but thats how it goes sometimes. I haven't had any issues. Their properties are beautiful well taken care of and they leave you alone. I am more than happy with them and will continue to rent feom them. Edit to my post: We rented this property for 2 1/2 years and actually ended up buying the house. (Not from North Star but the property owner) That being said; we had zero issues our entire time. Like I daif beforr if we called they fixed issues. We got our security deposit back quickly. Ann was always wonderful to rent from and I would recommend them over and over. As long as you pay your rent on time and take care of the property they do not bother you. Best rental experience we evwr had.

I have been trying to rent a place through these People a couple of years. Everytime I put in a application for some reason she is no longer able to find my application and I have to put in another this has happened twice. When my application went through I couldnt get the place because somebody was ahead of me and beat me to the punch. This happened in May 2020 I was told to call back in august 2020. Ive been calling for 1 week. Thats 5 business days leaving voice mails and 1 text message. A woman responded with sarcasm this morning saying that maybe I should call with in business hours and someone will be happy to speak with me, Ive called between 9am and 4pm business hours. Then she says I should leave voice mails, Ive left several voice mails. Still no response or call backs.we where just on the phone and this lady has a condescending and belittling attitude.instead of admitting fault or at least apologizing for dropping the ball for a potential tenant she chose to be rude to me and basically called me a liar. I will not give 1 dime of my hard earned 6k a month to this business. And I do not recommended anybody patronize these people. I Sense discrimination a mile away.
