Great Clips

Believe every review that you read about all of the children's cuts that happen here. This place may be the absolute worst place to ever take your children not just for haircuts but for any service whatsoever. I've never seen a bunch of incompetent people struggle so badly with such a simple task. This team very clearly is not unified and it shows, I know that it can be difficult to build a corporate culture especially when you're timed but at least they could attempt to do so. We brought our two year old in to get his haircut and the woman was unable to even do part of the task despite getting guidance from both myself and my partner, she was incredibly hesitant every time she went to cut his hair even when our child was calm. The other staff just looked around and offered absolutely no support to her, no guidance, and no resources. One of the women had a huge hickey on her neck and didn't say anything the entire time we were there. If I could give this place zero Stars I would don't ever take your children here.

This is the only location I will visit and if Shannon is not working I will wait until she is. I think she is the best one and highly recommend her.

I had a great experience at this location. Checked in on line, On arrival was greeted and seated immediately. The staff couldnt have been more friendly, helpful and the experience was very pleasant. I will be back!
