Amy is a phenomenal psychiatrist! She helped me so much after I tragically lost my son 2 1/2 years ago. But the office manager cant seem to keep his hands out of/ off of the books, in turn charging for appointments that were not made or on the books. Luckily, I caught ONE, for almost $300 and he made me feel like such a low life. Asking me if I worked? What difference does that make, Thief. But no, Im disabled and did work and ran my own company for 23 years. Watch you money!!! Sad! Im sorry Amy!

Mark the office Manager is very rude and unprofessional. He isn't willing to cooperate with insurance processes and unfortunately He is the only Personnel that handles such matters.

After being a patient over 6 years I have a complicated insurance issue. I have two insurances and I am not responsible for a bill. But it is taking forever to figure it out. Mark isn't willing to work with insurance or Myself to figure it out. He suggested He reduce cost and I pay out of my pocket instead of putting the work in to get insurance to pay as they should. He says I can't be seen and he's turning it in to creditors this is a very short version of the rude unprofessional encounters with MARK.
