Dr. Adam Williams hands are a vessel for God's healing. I did something stupid and the Xrays showed I had TWISTED MY LOWER SPINE!! Seriously, we compared to older xrays! Intense pain, couldn't sit or stand comfortably, and my husband had to drive if I could stand the car jarring my spine. I had to trust in the Lord's abilities through Dr. Adam because I had seen people in my life that didn't recover from back issues. But after 2 months of acute care from him using techniques I'd not had in all the decades of being his patient, I'm back to normal!! His attention to my body's interferences has kept me walking and out of a wheelchair through my medical issues. THANKS OPTIMAL HEALTH CHIROPRACTIC!!!!

The doctor and staff immediately put me at ease. I have been there 4 times and already my aches and pain are dissipating. My knees feel better, my headaches are gone and, the ringing in my ears has subsided. I highly recommend Optimal Healt Chiropractic.

I was referred to Dr. Adam at 8 weeks of pregnancy. I had visits every week until my baby was born. Dr. Adam is very kind and easy to talk to. He does a wonderful job with adjusting me and listening to any changes that occur. I just went after having my baby and we adjusted my plan and he even took a look at my baby and gave him an adjustment. The office staff and assistants are absolutely amazing as well. I would refer anyone to go see them.
