The quality of these homes are very poor. The only reason why they sale any homes is due to the home shortage in the market. Otherwise they would be out of business. Do not purchase a home from them unless you want to wait over extended period of time to get anything fixed under warranty. I already have to deal with a leaky roof and a damaged tub. Save your time and money keep it moving.

I have to give credit where it is due. There was a breakdown in communication in regards to a warranty fix, and rather than run me in circles they owned the problem and got our issue resolved next day. The guys that came by were super professional and did a great job.
Outside of that one issue, our home has been a blessing these last 4 months and we are glad we made the decision to buy in this neighborhood.

I met with Victor, the building supervisor responsible for one of the One27 Homes properties we manage, to do the final walk through prior to the expiration of the one-year builder warranty. He was very helpful as we discussed areas to be addressed and had an overall "can-do" attitude toward making sure the homeowner was satisfied!

I would not suggest this builder to anyone who do not have capacity to take both mental and financial stress on new property. We recently had a plumbing issue that caused flooding inside the house. Rather the woking on the issue and fixing it they just blamed everything on freezing condition ( which clearly is not) and put complete responsibility on owner although House is still under warranty.
I felt there is lack of responsibility and ownership on builder side and poor customer service. Once closing is done, they dont care about their customers anymore. You dont want to go through such stress on your new home.

My husband and I closed on our house built by One27Homes a few weeks ago and we're so pleased with how it turned out. Connor and Mike have been so helpful with the final walkthrough and any loose ends!
