The main problem with Mungo is that we were not given ANY choices for constructions material options. The master bathroom is more appropriate for the secondary bathroom than the master. The 2nd linen closet in the master bathroom is a redundant waste of space. We had to have $30K+ in master bathroom upgrades immediately after moving in. Our new contractor exposed several areas where there was inferior materials and poor craftsmanship. Upon tearing out the interior side an exterior wall he found a large area where no insulation was put in the walls. All the shrubs in our front yard died within 2 months of moving in and Mungo refused to replace them. Work on the amenities areas is painfully slow. The flat paint used in the home marks incredibly easy and must be touched up constantly. 4 tennis courts and 1 basketball court leaves much to be desired since the Basketball courts are FAR more popular than the tennis courts. But the amenities area is nice! The sod that was put in front of our home died immediately and is still recovering 3 months after moving in. Would've like to have seen ethernet wired in the home. Windows in front of several models are fake and are not attached to any room, making the homes look larger from the outside. With all that said, the homes are slightly larger than competitors at similar price points and the neighborhood is great!
