Robert Massengill Construction

I purchased a new home from Robert Massengill and I'm very disappointed that I have water drainage issues- a lot of standing water collecting around the house and the ditch overflowing in front of the house due to being on a steep hill. Seeing water rushing down towards your house is a little nerve racking to say to least because the drains that were installed are handling too much water and are not enough. This should have been addressed when the home was being built and proper drainage should have already been taken care of. I've had to spend hundreds of dollars on installing drains even though I'm within the "1 year warranty" I have made countless phone calls for help with this issue and not one single person will actually do anything about it.
