This company makes unsolicited spam calls masked as out of state numbers. I received multiple hangup calls from them in one day. Even after being placed on the Do Not Call list, I continued to receive calls from multiple masked numbers. Unscrupulous business practices are not welcome in NC.

I heard about this company on the radio station 93.9. The installers came yesterday and installed the carpet in our living room and hallway. They came on time and finished on time. We liked their service so much we hired them to come back and install carpet in our bedrooms. Im also checking on prices for flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spenser, the sales person is very good and is very helpful! Joann in the office is amazing and very helpful. The prices are very affordable and the work is excellent. The LVT work took 2 days.. Not happy with the installers who were from 3J Brothers Flooring. They broke a clock, used my dishes without asking, as well as my Microwave. Miguel kept up selling products which was very stressful. The work was finally finished and they did not clean up their mess. The finished product is good.

Recently we had our carpet replaced and hired 50 Floors. It all started very well with the Representative, Jeff G, coming to our house and explaining everything. Jeff was great and answered all of our questions. Amy called, I guess from the Garner Office, and explained everything we needed to do to prepare our home for the carpet replacement. She was nice and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. The day of installation and the guys were a little late but still managed to get everything done. We had most all the furniture moved out of the rooms so they could jump in and get started. Fast forward and all was completed to our satisfaction with exception of a small scrape on the wall but that was fixed within 2 weeks with no issue. Here is where the problem comes, in my opinion. Amy calls me and said I was supposed to sign the documents not my wife and was kind of rude about the whole thing. Nobody asked me to sign anything but apparently the installers had asked my wife. Really wasn't a big deal but I have to say Amy's tone was less than pleasant. I guess once the work is done they feel they don't need to be nice.. ha ha well it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE and you should always be nice to your customers because THEY are what keep you in business thus putting food on your table. Bottom line is 50 Floors did a great job but Amy's Customer Service needs work.
