        DONT deliver here flatbedders !!! They dont care about your time , sat for almost 4 hours waiting to get unloaded . If they give you an appointment time , dont believe them , youll spend a whole day here. Forklift guy is cool but me burning my clock up isnt so cool , speed it up.

        Worst service ever! Materials were not delivered on time (4 hrs late). They also did not contact our contractor either so our fencing job was not completed on time. Also, the delivery person could not even be bothered to come knock on my door to get a signature. He honked his horn and when I didn't come quick enough he honked again!

        As a customer of this company, they are the worst at customer service and deliveries. They have a bad attitude and high prices that they told me they would adjust after having a meeting and talking to ken, Jason, and bill. If I was the owner of this place I would shut it down. I have called their corporate office in Texas at least 5 times and they won't even answer the phone. I'm going to start looking for another place to do business with as obviously they just don't care about their customers!

        I have an account with Master Halco, when I called today to order some parts I was told my account was stale, and couldn't order. After discussing with the associate, they agreed to sell me the items I needed, to wit,, Magna Latch and hinges for a chain link pool gate. They ran my cc and got the zip code wrong, they refused to correct the error and told my my card was no good. In addition to that, I was made to stand outside in the sun 97 degrees. The associate was as rude as I have ever encountered. I was made to feel my business was unwelcomed and not needed. Well they succeeded in convincing me to no longer do business with them. I am glad the sale went sour, they were going to charge me almost 300.00 for a 169.00 assembly. I got what I needed from a different company, save almost 159.00 over what they were going to charge. I will no longer do business with Master Halco ever again !!!!
