This is one of the worst Walgreens. They always say that your prescription is ready for pickup but when you come to pick it up, magically it's not ready and no one knows why. I've had plenty of terrible experiences at other Walgreens stores in the past, but even at those, once they say your prescription is ready, it's ready. This is not rocket science. JUST DON'T TELL ME IT'S READY IF IT'S NOT READY...

If you are dealing with a lifesaving medication like insulin for a type 1 diabetic I would not suggest this place. The girl I spoke with was very rude , sarcastic and had absolutely no empathy. Long story short I'm still not sure if they were out of the insulin or needed a pre-authorization. Either way they were rude and not willing to help or care. I will be strongly advising my son to go to a different pharmacy as I have had the same issues in the past and switched to Realo and stress free.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Moving from the Midwest where Walgreens is a preferred pharmacy because of their customer service, their quick (and ACCURATE) processing and overall great experience, I was appalled when I moved here and witnessed some of the worst customer experience at this Walgreens. What's worse? Anyone I've talked to will say how bad Walgreens is here and how you should avoid it. For the past three months, this pharmacy has messed up every single one of my refills and has had TERRIBLE and rude customer service. These are medications for patients with medical diagnoses and there's no feeling of priority or customer-driven care at this pharmacy. While currently working at a Specialty Pharmacy and knowing how important customer service is to business sustainability, it's crazy to think Walgreens has done nothing to change this continued environment. An environment that is leaving their patients with poor service and without the medications they need for their health. When is the wake up call? I'll be taking the advice of the other Carolinians and taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy never answers the phone and the girls that work up front ant the pharmacy are extremely rude. They also didnt put my prescription in when I asked them to and blatantly lied they did. So tired of it. Corporate needs to step in. Its been bad for years

Long story short I'm still not sure if they were out of the insulin or needed a pre-authorization.
