Dwan and his team were awesome from the start of my roof replacement to cleanup afterwards! He was onsite the entire time making sure everything was on point. We recommend his company to everyone in our neighborhood, even down here in Charlotte!

I called Dewan because my ceiling had water marks that were progressively getting worse. He came to the house within a week and determined I had lots of old loose shingles. When my insurance originally approved for those shingles to be replaced, Dewan sent videos demonstrating how much time and effort every individual shingle was going to take. He did this because ultimately he realized by the time they paid for all the shingle repairs, the cost would almost be the same as a new roof. Given the age of my roof, replacing it made more sense. My insurance company appreciated the extra attention to detail and determined he was correct. They approved the whole roof. I had also expressed the desire to get rid of my popcorn ceilings so while they were fixing my Interior, they were able to go ahead, For a little extra out-of-pocket cost, of course, To remove my popcorn ceilings as well. This saved me time and money by not having to have a separate crew come out. Thank you so much Dewan!

These guys have replaced three plumbing boots on my roof that were not installed correctly 7 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and priced very fairly. You can trust Good Hands to do things the right way, which is worth a lot.

We had an aging shingled roof that was leaking and subsequently caused water leaking with Sheetrock ceiling damage in one bedroom. These guys replaced the roof and all the vent boots as well as replaced damaged wood under the shingles. They also removed the damaged ceiling in the bedroom, replaced and painted. Its was a very easy one stop shop experience. Excellent communication from start to finish. Great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
