Cerasi Construction took my rotted 10x12 deck and turned it into not one but two completely new living spaces. They built a 14x16 screened in area, plus an open deck area of the same size using trex board. My grand staircase leads to the second space, a huge patio underneath this deck. They were professionals the entire build even while working some long days in the July heat! The quality of the craftsmanship is above and beyond. If you want a custom built space, give them a call! I highly recommend them.

I hired Cerasi Contruction to add a trex deck, vinyl fence and enclose my back porch. Absolute professionals. Worked within schedule and completed early. Attention to details in every aspect of their work. Have recommended Cerasi Construction to friends. Would highly recommend them for any job you need to get done.

Tim and Crystal seemed like such capable people. They were really personable and friendly when we met. However, they would string us along delaying the deadline to provide a quote over and over again. I understand that you need to wait to hear from suppliers. But don't keep telling people it'll just be another week and then not keep to your words. It's incredibly disappointing that they couldn't even give us a full quote after a full month of waiting and following up. Doesn't matter how nice someone is if they don't have proper work ethics and can't provide results. Really a shame.
