Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

The only bank that has all the services I need with digital and online banking. At the same time this branch has two reliable ATM machines and staff is always helpful.

This location would not cash out my cashiers check, stating they cannot verify funds. It is literally a cashiers check funds are already verified and have a verification number on the check this branch is full of idiots I will never return here again!

Got great service from the teller. I went to get a temporary replacement card and he helped me get a digital card through the app. Only downside was the wait, they only had one teller until the line was to the door, then another came.

The worst customer service ever! Went in to add pin to new debit card had to wait 30 minutes because the teller couldn't do it. Then when a rep became available I was told she had a appointment and couldn't help me. So I had to wait another 15 mins for someone else. became available she immediately went to lunch. Terrible experience. 45 minute Wait for something that took 5 minutes.
