        If I can give them 0 stars I would! Bought a car from this auction and after I went to pick it up there was no key to be found! Even tho the picture showed the KEY AND IT WAS ON! I WAS TOLD ITS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL and they couldnt help me locate the keys. Now its costing me A THOUSAND DOLLARS to get a key for this car! They should be way more PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK since theyre still charging an arm and a leg with fees. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

        I feel violated and angry with this company. They took my truck from the original wrecker and removed contents from my truck and put it in the bed of my truck that has a non waterproof cover and it rained. Items are destroyed. Broken art that I had JUST bought, my WEDDING INVITATIONS, work flyers and so much more. Now I have to file ANOTHER claim this time on this company. They even left a uniform patch in my back seat which is how I figured out who did it. This is costing me more time and frustration along with the damages to the items. Completely unacceptable. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the customer service rep and manager were nice. Update. Taken down to 1 star because they lied to me last week and told my insurance company they were not liable for any damages THEY caused. They tried to blame it on another towing company AFTER admitting they are the one's that did the damage.
