The first few times I went when they opened walked in no problem now the last four times I went i got turned away and even called and they want a appointment I midas well just go to primary doctor for a appointment I thought it was urgent care for a reason not a doctors office

Why are you open and there is no one to see pt no Doctor, PA, NP, or DO your doing Cherryville no good. I needed a doctor at 5pm today not tomorrow

Very disappointed walked in for an ear ache and was told the doctor wasnt taking walking at that time although it says they take walk-ins. I thought that was what urgent care was for.

Was in the office for 5 minutes and told them that my tailbone was really hurting badly. They did my vitals and told me go see my primary care provider. What kind of place is this?

So, I registered online and it went smoothly. However, upon arrival I checked in and had to pay 50$, which is fine, but then a nurse called me back and informed my that my ID was expired and they couldnt see me. Ok cool, thats fine too, but this woman said this in front of a full waiting room. First of all, not the place to discuss these things at the top of your lungs. She had also said that I needed a valid id to use my debit card but yet I just paid 50$ at the check in without having to show my id. Lucky I got my money back but it just didnt make sense to me. Why wouldnt the website say the id was invalid? They need to fix their website. Im actually glad that they turned me away because if their idea of being professional is to tell a full waiting room the business of a patient then I could only imagine how the doctors act.
