Yes, 1 StarLet me explain. Made an online reservation for a boothgot a table 2x2. Its a Monday theyre not busy. Wait around 15 minutes before Ao , the server showed up. Wife ordered a piete fillet. I ordered the classic pairing fillet & lobster tail. Told him we are splitting the salad. He didnt ask how we wanted it cooked. Had to tell him. Didnt offer bead. Had to track him down 15 minutes later and ask for it & my tea! 15 minutes after that(30 minutes since I gave the order)a girl brings the salad ONE plate! We told here were splitting itShe says oh set the plate down & disappears. We waited for a second plateagain I had to track down our server for a second plate! When we finally got the food,my lobster tail was cold sitting on a warm plate(not 500 degrees) & the sweet potato casserole was Luke warm. We just ate it , didnt say anything & moved on. Again had to track him down to get the check. We handed him 2 gift cards & bank card. He brought back the bank card with the receipt showing he did NOT use the gift cards! We said where are the gift cards? He goes , oh. He re rings it brings another receipt. Im waiting on my desert that comes with the classic pairing. NEVER got it! So I just left disgusted & disappointed. Thats not the end! This morning I checked my bank account. The a-hole server didnt refund the first transaction! So I had the whole bill, plus the second transaction taken out of my bank account! If you go the get a guy with receding hairline & pony tail RUN!!!

Seated promptly at reserved time. Went down hill from there. I ordered a shrimp cocktail with sauces on the side By they way I've had this here before. The shrimp were under cooked and there was a goop under them that looked like . . I didn't eat them they looked like they were raw. I couldn't believe they served. Them. The bisque was poorly made . The steaks were ok. Now this cost me $220+ so ok doesn't get it

My birthday dinner! It was awesome! They had the table all set up with birthday confetti for me! Dinner was perfect, and they even gave me a free piece of cake! I ordered a pomegranate martini, and it came with sugar around the rim of the glass. It was so sweet, and you couldn't even taste the alcohol in it! We love going here for special dinners!
