        Got a room for a night during our fishing trip. The river is literally across the street. The room was clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. I wouldn't count on the breakfast if you're looking for anything other than something really quick. I would stay here again.

        Second visit with this hotel both time cleanliness was above the top amazing I am pleased to say but definitely can hear a lot of noise from outside and next rooms..thin walls I guess and smoke drifts in from outside butgreat staff very friendly didn't understand paying $100 deposit on second visit but not the first but got it back when I checked out Walkability: We was able to walk the river to a nearby park and the strip of souvenir stores is also walking distance

        The Cleanest motel I've stayed in. Very pleasantly surprised. My standards aren't particularly high but this should be the norm, not the exception.

        I called the hotel to share my experience but no one has answered. My husband and I stayed at the hotel from thursday night until sunday morning of this past week. Which was February twenty ninth to march third. The beds were smaller than anticipated because they were full. So we had to sleep separate. But one of them was comfortable so I slept in that because I've had several back surgeries. Shower was clean , the floors were not swept but otherwise relatively clean. Coffee was only provided for 1 day and no one came in to refill that or any other amenities. Except for the fact that we had a room that had a adjoining door to the room next to us. We were in Room 108, and the room next to us. Was smoking something rather it was pot or something else with a chemical. They had a smell that came from under the door in between the 2 rooms and I got very sick. I had horrible nightmares. And. Was hallucinating, we had to leave very early in the morning as we were afraid of encountering the people next door, we tried to call the front desk but again no one answered and we were afraid of repercussions from the next door hotel room. Otherwise I would give this hotel a complete five star.

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding the multiple issues you have reported here that you encounter on your recent visit. Firstly, thank you for the feedback on the cleanliness of the room when you arrived. We take this very seriously and will be addressing your concerns within our housekeeping department. In regards to your room not being serviced during your stay, we do have here in our housekeeping records that room 108 had a Do Not Disturb sign placed on the door for the entirety of your stay. We do not enter any rooms displaying a Do Not Disturb sign in order to ensure guest safety and respect our guests' boundaries. All amenities in the room are available by request at the front desk, which is what most guests who utilize the Do Not Disturb sign prefer to do. Our front desk is staffed 24/7 in order to be available for our guests at any time.I do apologize that it seems you have had trouble getting a hold of the front desk after your stay. We can be very busy during the day with the small amount of staff that we have at this property but that does not excuse missing phone calls from our guests. This will be addressed by management ASAP. In regards to the other guests that were smoking near your room, we would have been more than happy to address this during your stay, had we been notified. Our overnight staff is well trained and equipped to remedy these issues. We cannot force anyone to quit smoking cigarettes or cannabis, but we can ask them to move away from the building as a courtesy to the rest of our guests. Our overnight staff did not report any complaints about guests smoking, therefor they were not given the chance to make you more comfortable when they had the opportunity. Again, I am so sorry your stay was less than pleasant and feedback from our Choice Privileges members on their experiences is what we use to further our constant improvement.
