        The rooms and service was good upon checking tried to upgrade the room to a river view but since I already pre paid it couldnt upgrade. The night was horrible due to someone upstairs walking most of the night and someone on the first floor kept slamming the door all night. We didnt get a whole lot of sleep. Told the front desk about it she did apologize and stated we should have called.
