go to this place before the other shops around. this one actually had hand made cherokee gifts. the others didn't have as many local treasures

I purchased over $300 worth of merchandise here and they charged me twice. When I noticed the error and called they advised me to wait 2 days and if the charge "didn't fall off" they would fix it. Fast forward to 2 days later and the charge is still there and I call back with a refusal to fix the situation. I am from out of town and cannot just go back there. This shop has stolen over $300 of my money. Shameful
