        I do love the brand and have shopped with BR for many years. However My experience @ the Charlotte Premium location since I relocated to the area has never been positive, no one greats / assist me. The store is often messy and understaffed and the team always look stressed.I never require much assistance but GREETING, is a basic acknowledgment.I will continue to shop the brand but online/ in store pick up has become the best option, which is sad because... because brick and mortar stores are fighting a losing battle against online.
