Petit Philippe Fine Wine - Myers Park

Good looking on the outside but service can be lacking. I get better recommendations and selection at Total Wine across the street in Parktowne Village.

I was so excited to try Petit Philippe and enjoy the wonderful ambiance and service mentioned in prior reviews, but was left very underwhelmed. Though it was busy, I was not acknowledged at all from the time I walked in until I made my purchase at check-out. I stood at the bar for an extended period of time with staff darting around me, with not even a smile and Ill be right with you. I did not receive any assistance or recommendations with my wine selection, however the bottle I chose was excellent and the lady who eventually cashiered was kind. All in all, I didnt feel very welcomed, so I wont be back at this location and suggest exploring other wine stores in the area if you desire attentive service.

My husband & I came out of state to Charlotte and this location in South End had just opened and its amazing! We got the flight of white wine and all of them were great choices- very refreshing! Nacquan was great he spent time talking to us even though the place was busy. Would highly recommend !
