Dustin from Vision Roofing was fantastic. He delivered as promised with excellent quality and in the time promised. He and his guys were professional to the very end. Given the opportunity and need I will definitely reach out to Dustin again. I would recommend with five stars through and through.

Really appreciate that my initial inquiry was returned so promptly. At the time I was out of town, but they managed to get an inspection and appraisal to me in a very short time. Moreover, the total cost was over $3,000 less than what I was expecting to pay. The salesman was also helpful in heling me find a contractor for another home repair I am contemplating. Dustin and his crew did a great job on our roof and gutters. They were professional, quick and respectful! Dustin went beyond call with helping us with insurance issues and answered all our questions in a timely manner! He is such a great person and if you ever need anything he is your man. He is so polite and helpful! I will ALWAYS use him for all our roofing needs!! Blown away by Vision Roofing! Easy to contact and great communication. Came by (on time!) and inspected our roof and brought back pictures and video to show us exactly what the problem was and how he could take care of it. Dustin was extremely helpful and professional, answered all of my questions clearly, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. (Vision Roofing does siding as well, so asked him if he saw anything I should be concerned about and he reassured me I had a few good years left before I needed to worry about it). Extremely happy with his work, the pricing, and just delighted that this level of customer service and honesty still exists in the Charlotte area. Our gutters are next on the honey-do list and I know where I'll go first. Don't even think twice about reaching out to Vision Roofing!
