What was promised and what was delivered did not meet expectations. The interior wood frame was not capped as part of a finished project, we didnt expect our post to be wrapped with vinyl but the installed frame should be vinyl wrapped. I would not recommend this company

I just moved into my new home in January of this year, which was built in 1958. The house had single pane, metal framed roll out windows. My installers were William, Steve and Jeff; I can not say enough how pleased I am with their work from beginning to completion despite the level of difficulty to remove the old windows. They had to be broken and sawed out of the cinder blocks that they were encased in. I was beyond impressed with how they appraoched the task and contained the broken glass as they removed each window. I am pleased with not only the installation process, but also the quality of my new windows. They have brough so much more life to my new home. Thank you very much for all of your hard work!

Update:
Elijah (Sales Manager) came to our home today to talk with us about the sunrooms they offer. We appreciated his time and the explanation for the missed appointment.
We attended the Charlotte Home Expo yesterday. Rep from Joyce Sunrooms set up a 9:00 am appointment at our home this morning. They never showed up.

We chose Joyce after 3 other quotes due to the fact that they are a family owned business and the years of quality services provided. Justin, the salesman, showed honesty and integrity throughout the purchasing process. The installers, Edward and Scott were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to make the installation process pleasurable and smooth despite the frigid temperatures. The were prompt in their arrival and worked diligently to provide the upmost quality and professional installation. My property was left spotless when the project was completed and they also disposed of my old windows. I would highly recommend Joyce window company from start to finish!

I havent signed with them at this point but Aaron and Mark have been a pleasure to work with so far. They were knowledgeable, prompt and personable. I appreciate the time they have spent explaining everything to me. I love the story and the warranties behind the company.
