Save your money, go somewhere else I left that office in tears. Update: After I posted this review, magically someone responded to me from some kind of patient care representative department. I cried my story to this woman, she apologized for how I was treated and promised to look into it. The following week she told me that, she agreed that I was told the wrong information by the nurse and the Doctor, and just as I thought it was all a money grab, this company gladly took 15k of my hard-earned money and refused to honor the patient satisfaction agreement and tried to charge me more money on more than one occasion. I had to seek out other doctors with a price tag of 16k-28k of which I don't have thanks to Sonobello, to correct what was done to me and when I tried to follow up with Sonobello again no response, again nothing but crickets WOW is all I can say. I was hustled from the time I walked into that office. To be continued on the BBB website.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having a trisculpt procedure done back in October 2023. After the first week I noticed that my right oblique was not done. I informed my nurse who told me to give it time. When I returned for my post-op appointment I showed the nurse that the area was still visible and she agreed. I was told at my six month post-op yesterday that it was an indentation that was a part of my body. When I disagreed, the nurse Stephanie rudely told me that I was mad because she didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. I asked for a manager and the manager Mattie refused to see me. I emailed Sono Bello and they sent a response saying they would get back to me. I also asked for my records two days ago and was told they would email me a release. I never received the email. When I called today to ask where the release form was, the staff person rudely told me that the person I spoke to two days ago was incorrect about sending me an email form When I questioned why I keep getting told multiple things, she immediately put me on hold without notice. I will be contacting all of social media and news outlets. If there are others who experienced this horrible tragedy with Sono Bello, please reach out to me.

Horrible had my surgery came back for my one week visit today which was scheduled for 9am I drove almost two hours from high point and got here around 9:13am they give a fifteen minute window so I was on time however I had to park far in the back cus no parking was available in front where the nurses park and it should be for us. So it took me a good five minutes to get upstairs to the office then they want to tell me they have to reschedule me for 10:30am like NO!! I was here on time I just had surgery it takes a few minutes to get to the office in the building. Then I hear the nurse say that they order my second garment to the house but I was told I was receiving it on this visit today so now I have to wait a week longer and deal with this garment that's been stabbing me and leaving me cuts and bruises. This is definitely not okay to lie to everyone about it another women here for same as me was told the same and she was very upset as well cus she was told that too. I'm in so much pain just waiting here to be called. I will not be coming back for anymore visits!!! They will have to do it over the phone. This is ridiculous!! No stars had to give one in order to post.
