I just want to say thank you Mary for all the treatments over the last couple of months... I dont smoke but the stress of owning my own business and everyday life these days can feel overwhelming. I'm a week away from being smoke free for 6 months!! And with no nicotine gum, patches or vape pens to prop me up (and cost me more $$) either. struggled for a long time to quit again after quitting in my mid 20's but falling off the wagon ~10 years go (i'm in my mid-40's now). somehow this time around quitting just wasnt happening. Anyway - 6 months ago i got 'zapped' (not the technical term) and i found myself able able to deal with those cravings and set them aside when they happened. 6 months on and smoking rarely crosses my mind and that feels great. i dont really have the words to describe how good it feels to not have that hanging over my head. If you want to quit as well I urge you to give these fine folks a call and make an appointment. totally worth it!
