      Certainly there is small time delay to receive payment from credit card companies with online purchases. However, I understand that you received the service you paid for the same day that you purchased online. You were contacted, the appointment was made and you received your service. Is this not correct?

      I realize this response is very late, but I’ve been struggling finding that you have ever visited our clinic. I would like to understand what experience you had that resulted in this review. And specifically, which staff member you had an issue with. I cannot find any record that you are a patient of ours.
