I will never refer anyone to this company! When our kitchen flooded they sent someone out with fans at 730 at night on a friday and picked them up at 430 on monday so it wasn't a full 72 hrs not only that they didn't take up any of the flooring, seal off the kitchen or spray any of the bacteria chemical on the floors. Then it went to they were replacing my floors, fixing my cabinets and quarter round to only fixing the quarter round to that there was nothing wrong so they were not doing anything else. Then never sent an invoice for at least the deductible which even that they do not deserve but yet sent me to collections because they haven't been paid yet my insurance paid them for work that wasn't even done, so we finally got another company out and they took the floors up and there was still water every where.
