        Outstanding Appointment staff! I had an early arrival of a shipment and had to call the Estes Freight Charlotte Appointment office and they quickly worked to get my order delivery delayed as I requested from the shipper when I placed the order. I spoke with the appointment staff on 5 different occasions and they were always courteous, friendly, and very helpful! I got my delivery today as they scheduled for me and the deliver guy was just as courteous, nice and handle my shipment with care! I just wanted to say Thank You Estes Freight Charlotte!!!
