        Against the odds and eviction moratorium by the CDC because of Covid-19, Attorney Shelburn successfully helped me secure a court judgment against my "squatter" tenant!

        Never again in a million years even if he was the last lawyer on earth. HE missed my court date which resulted a license suspension! Still got points on license due to lack of responsiveness and missed court date. Does not provide documentation. Does not respond to emails. Needs constant requests to please provide updates. Stay away!

        I had an issue with a roommate refusing to pay rent among other things and Mr. Shelburn was just wonderful! He took my case immediately and it is obvious he is really concerned about his clients and is a superb attorney. I am so thankful I was able to get in touch with him when I did. My case was resolved easily and efficiently. Words can't express how grateful I am.
