We had Heartwood Tree service come out to assess large Pine Trees in our front yard after big storms hit the Charlotte area to be proactive going forward. We had such an overall amazing experience! It was very easy to make a consultation appointment, someone was able to come out quickly to assess the trees, and give us an honest answer on what to do next with the trees in our yard! Many companies will encourage you to take down trees to make money, but not Heartwood, they are honest with their customers and do what is right for the environment!
I highly recommend using Heartwood for any tree services/needs!

Fantastic company & customer service! We had a tree removed earlier this month and the team did a great job. There were a few holes left behind in our yard after the removal and the team at Heartwood acknowledged and scheduled a yard company to get them fixed. They are very professional, super responsive and overall offer amazing customer service. We will continue using them for tree maintenance to keep our other trees healthy. I called several certified arborist to come take a look at the maple trees in the front of my property. Heartwood tree is the only company who wants to charge just to come out. I am in outside sales and we have never once charged to go get someone at an estimate. That is ridiculous.

Good morning. While I certainly understand your concerns, I hope you'll consider ours. You pay a one time fee for your first time to have an ISA Certified Arborist to come out on your schedule and diagnose your tree, educate you about your concerns and provide options for the future of your trees. You pay it one time. Any time in the future after that there are no fees to meet and help you with your concerns. The one time fee is to weed out price shopping. It will never be charged again after the first time. Depending on the job needed the arborist may suspend the fee after determining your needs. We're looking to help you protect and grow your trees. If you're just looking to remove them then it's just a cost, not an investment and we probably won't be the cheapest and I understand your feelings.
