        Adam travel is the horrible agency my last name was wrong on the ticket, he doesnt want to fixed it he so layer abbas said no problem you can fly 1 or 2 alphabet is no problem still you can fly I went to Jacksonville airport at 3am on March 18 I did explain whats happening after 3 hours talk to Turkish Airlines they told me mam you cannot fly. I was so mad upset I left the message to abbas I lost my fly after 3 hours stay at airport and come back home later he called me and said Im so sorry, I told hime did I told you, you have to cancel my ticket and give me another new ticket but he refused, but he paid 300 hundred dollars penalty and give me new ticket. Finally I did fly on March 21, was bad experience.
